buah jamur hioko, potong-potong

batang daun bawang iris miring

gram kapri, potong miring

ml kaldu
sendok makan kecap jepang
sendok makan minyak goreng




Bahan
Bumbu :

1/2
buah bawang bombay, iris halus
siung bawang putih, cincang halus

1/2
sendok teh garam

1/4
sendok teh merica


Cara Mengolah :

1. Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih sampai layu. Tambahkan ayam, aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna.

2. Tuang kaldu lalu bumbui garam dan merica. Masukkan jamur, kapri, kecap jepang.

3. Taburkan potongan daun bawang, angkat.

4. Sajikan hangat
