Ukuran porsi: 4 orang
Bahan-bahan Mi lontong:
  • 6 buah lontong, potong bulat ukuran 1 cm
  • 250 gram bakmi basah, siram air panas, tiriskan
  • 8 buah tahu goreng, potong-potong
  • 150 gram taoge, seduh air panas, tiriskan
  • 1 batang daun seledri, iris halus
  • 100 gram emping goreng
  • 2 sendok makan bawang merah goreng
Saus:
  • 5 buah cabai merah, iris halus
  • 3 buah cabai rawit, iris halus
  • 4 buah bawang merah, iris halus
  • 4 sendok makan kecap manis
  • 1 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
  • 250 cc air matang
Cara membuat Saus: campur semua bahan, aduk hingga rata, lalu sisihkan.

Mi lontong: letakkan lontong, bakmi, tahu goreng, dan taoge di atas pinggan saji, tuangkan saus di atasnya, lalu taburi dengan daun seledri, bawang merah goreng, dan emping goreng di atasnya, sajikan.
